Zebra danios will nip the fins of most longfinned fish I.E. bettas, guppies etc (but strangly enough, not of lonfinned danios ) this can be kept to a minimum by keeping the danios in a group of at least 5 and in at least a 23" long tank.
Wcmm's do not nip in my experiance.

Agree, Zebras can be decidedly nippy in smaller groups, and in big shoals will take a peck at anything flowing if the mood takes them.

WCMM are harmless.
