There! ;0)
:p I have 2 zebra danios. When I bought them I was told they were male and female. They are very lively nippy little fish and seemed to get on fine but recently I've noticed them zooming around and nipping eachother's anal fins! :/ What are they doing? At first I thought they were fighting. Please help!!

They like to be kept in groups maybe add a few more.

Ok do you think about two more would be ok? At first I panicked because I thought they might be about to breed! My tank would explode if it was crammed with about 40 more zebra babies! :)

What size is the tank, and what fish do you keep and what type.

My tank is about 3ft by 2ft, and I do have alot of fish! :D There are 10 platys, 2 dalmation mollies, 2 dwarf chilids, 5 bristlenosed cats, 1 ruby shark, 5 harlequins, 4 cherry barbs, 4 tiger barbs, 2 clown loaches and the danios. But I've had my tank for quite a while and they all get on fine. I do water tests twice a week and they all seem happy!

If your test results are good maybe just add two more, if you have alot of fish sometimes it's wise to run another filter, a smaller one.

It does indeed sound like your tank is pretty fully stocked already, but you'll Need more danios for them to be ok. They really should be in groups of At Least 5, preferable more... so I dont think 4 will do for them. The-Wolf is our danio specialist here, so I kind of recommend you to have a look on his website ( Wolfs Webpage ) and do a lil more research on them
