Hi all,

not sure if this is an emergency, but one of my Zebra Danios seems to have separated from the others in the tank and is swimming rather erratically

It is swimming all over the tank mostly spiralling on it's back and side  It does seem to have a lot of energy though :look:

Any guidance/advice would be greatly appreciated :good:

swimbladder by the sounds of things. give it some de-shelled pea.

Many thanks I Keep Fish, at the risk of sounding stupid - what is de-shelled pea? (I think i've really set myself up to be shot down with that question!!)

What is swimbladder?

Peas have a very thin membrane on the outside. Boil it and it will come off easy.

Swim bladder is an organ that fish have that allow them to control their buoyancy.
