Yuck Yuck Yuck - Dragonfly Nymph In My Tank

I was cleaning my 20g tonight Nd found a strange bug hanging on one of the air lines to the air stones. I was able to fish it out and flush it, and determined it was a dragon fly nymph. I have NO CLUE how it got there.....yuck yuck

I got one once it came out of hiding and my late goldies chomped on it lol

Why flush it? Seems rather cruel... its a slow nasty death.

I actually found a second one....hope that's all of them

I didn't really think about it since it's a bug, I found a second one and took it to the creek behind my house.

dragonflies are cool! i had a nymph in my tank, put it in the water butt outside (no lid) i think they are protected here... but not something you want in your tank!
