Young White Angel....

I have a young white angel and its scales are really weird, Around its head and down the front are shiny/ reflective but 2/3 of its body is kinda see through doesn't refect anything can see its veins and bones.

Will the scales grow and go solid like the front or stay clearish

It'll stay pretty much like it is now. Angels have been line breed to have different scale patterns.

Both can happen. How big is the youngster? If it is a pearlscale, it will develop further, otherwise it will probably stay the way it is.

Its main body is 2ish inches so still young, I'm hoping its a platinum colour.

It is difficult to see in the picture, but normally the development of pearlscales takes some time. However, at that size, I don't think there will be much further development. I include a picture of my pearlscale, which is around 5 cms diameter (a bit less than 2 inches) at the moment and the scales have fully developed.

Ok, then it will most likely stay the way it is. At that age/size any colours should be already present on the fish.
