ok, he doesn't have a name yet, and since i keep getting these spongebob comments, i guess he's "bob" now unless someone's got something better

That's kind of weird, my girlfriend and I just rescued this one male betta (BEATIFUL COLORATION) from Petsmart and we named him Bob

i don't think he's a mustard gas--no yellow. it might have just looked that way in a pic with the way the light was shining on him.

yeah, i'm not too sold on bob either...hmmm, he does seem interested in everything in the tank and always watches what i'm doing...kinda curious, so maybe george

Heh heh...my daughter named her bettas Gary (spongebob's pet snail...that meows) and Steve (from Blue's Clues...she's 3). Funny how she knows to name her bettas with a boy's name!

If I ever get a puffer fish I'll name her Mrs. Puff.

Beautiful betta, I am sure he loves his home. Funny, My betta looks quite similar to yours, his name is Bob too. Bob the betta is the first betta I brought home, and if you promise not to tell the others he is my favourite!

I have to endure Spongebob every morning with my 2 boys and I reckon we've seen the episodes at least 4 times each
