Which has the best balance of nutrients will last a while and you'd recommend. Also, if you have any pics of the results in your aquarium please post up.
I use the Sera 0-0-20 tabs, which are just nutrients: they seem to be doing something positive for the rosette plants and P. helferi, but I don't have anything tab-free to compare with. Photos on Flickr (link in my sig).

Same, I use them but can't really compare their effectiveness since there are so many contributing factors to growth. I just put them in for the sake of it and it's good knowing there is some micro nutrients there for my favourite plants.
For example when planting plant like Crinum Thai or Echino rubin's I usually place a iron rich root tab directly in the root ball as I go to plant them. So far over the last 6 months I've had nothing but good growth from them. My Crinum is continuously exploding in growth with leaves around a metre long... in a 125l tank .
I would only use Tropica capsules. They contain macro nutrients (and micro nutrients) instead of just micro nutrients like what a lot of root tabs contain.
