iv two Tropheus and one of them is constantly attacking the other one since i got him this afternoon he dosnt bother the lilupi or my five bar is ths normal in this species or do i need to remove the other guy

Tropheus are renowned for not liking their own kind i'm afraid. If things don't settle you will need to either return the newcomer or add more fish to spread the aggression around - he's too much of an easy target at the moment.
