all my water levels are fine except the nitrate is 160, people say the nitrate is to high but wouldnt cause the stress, so what can it be? i've recently added new plants, CO2 fizzler and 4 otto cats, but thats it

Your fish are stressed because they have ich and you are not treating teh tank with anything to kill the parasites;

Your nitrates are also exceptionally high, i wouldn't put it past those levels to stress the fish out a great deal.

THE NITRATE IS TOO HIGH NEED TO TRY AND GET BELOW 50PPM FISH DONT LIKE LONG EPISODES
OF HIGH NITRATE. TEST YOUR TAP WATER USE RO WATER OR RAIN WATER IF YOU CAN GET IT THESE DAYS. THE BADGE
