i think so but i was going to make sure. if not they are always getting more as theres always sell quickly and it will give my tank more time to cycle :good:

im just wondering, it probably wont work, but i ws putting five black skirt tetras in my 35 with the pair of discus, could i get like 4 blue rams instead or at least a pair? dont know if this would work or not.

no i mean how do u know when they have paired up, an item so to speak,

They will sort of shake and shimmy towards each other, and follow each other around. They will generally hang out in the tank together and sometimes chase tank mates away. Later you'll see them attempt to breed, when you have fry and you saw which fish laid the eggs you can sex them.

I agree with kev

You are only agreeing because you didn't know in the first place.

Firt i read this and thought it was a bit rude. But i think your right  , i dont think he knew? .
Matt, for all you know the discus could be stunted and infertile anyway. My brilliant turks paired up and laid eggs last year, but my water was not exceptible and they were two small anyway.Unless they can give you evidense [photos etc] i would not buy them.Whats the price tag btw?

i aggreed with him because i had read it before i said that i aggreed. evidence that they are a pair? if thats what you mean i will ask them. the prices depends on the size and species. for the big pigeons i think its around 100-150 US dollars but not sure
