Could I put 2 labs in with my 35 gallon tank? the list of other fish is in my signature.

Although Yellow Lab is one of the most peaceful mbuna, it still grows up to 4-5 inches and I'd be afraid of them eating some of your smaller fishes when they are fully grown up. Also, they tend to like somewhat alkaline environment - what is the pH of your tank? Ideally, you should setup mbuna-only tank for species such as Yellow Lab...
