Yellow Foggy Water

Two weeks ago my mother over fed my tetras. And the water turned yellow and foggy.
I have done 2 -10% water changes and the water is still foggy & yellow.
Can someone tell me exactly how much more water, I can take out to get my tank back to crystal clear again?
It is very frustrating considering that tank was spotless.

i would say more water changes every day until it clears starting with a 40-50% and see how it goes from there as 10% water changes are not that much if you look at the volume of clean water you are adding
there is a calc on this but if you think about 1l being diluted into 9l you havnt made that much of a change

If you havnt already a good gravel vac would not hurt either

You could add some acticve carbon to the filter for 2-3 days this will remove it.
Or several 30% water changes ove the next 2 weeks.
