Yeast From Co2 Got In The Tank ....its Cleared Quickly

As title says, it happened about 2 days back, only a bit got in but it was enough to cloud the water! Did a 40% water change, then a 20% the next morning. Now its nearly 48hours later and the pH has changed from 6.6/6.8 to 7.4 ..... i presume a water change is on the cards but with such a difference how much should i do?

Also, my tank is only still cycling, yet should i really wash the filter, however i am obviously reluctant to?!

Don't touch the filter, can we take a look at your stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, as when a tank is cycling the ph can be up and down.
