Yay, My Cory'S Are Spawning Again

I thought I had upset my little peppered corydora after I moved them into a different tank, I havent seen any eggs for nearly a month I think.

But when I turned on the lights this morning I was greeted to the sight of one of my females flicking 3 eggs onto the glass.

My daughter & I sat glued to the tank before school & managed to save about 12 eggs I think, she is laying 2 or 3 at a time. Then when I came back there were another 3 & they are still very busy, so I hope for some more before the end of the day.

Only problem now is that I need to buy a new tank & heater, as my other 2 fry tanks are now full. For now I think they will sit in breeding traps in my tanks, with airstones underneath.

Thank you, am up to 30 now, it looks like I have 2 different females laying, everytime I check the tank I see either an egg, or the female carrying I could watch them for hours.

Up till now i have 3 adult leopards that have been spawning,but they only lay a few eggs each time,(and what i can save),now i've noticed my 4 new leopards i got a few weeks ago appear to be showing signs of breeding

Very busy lol, they seem to have stopped for now, so i've popped in some bloodworm cause they must be shattered! I have about 50 eggs collected, i'm pretty sure they dropped some more in the java moss, but will check that later as I think I have disturbed them enough for now.

Good luck with your Leopard cory's, I hope they spawn for you again soon, they are beautiful fish.

50 eggs thats fab ,they deserve bloodworm after that

I got excited when i saved 13 eggs(my most from one spawning),i would've been on a high if i had that many

Thank you, i'm really surprised to get so many, as in the past it has been just a few scattered here & there.

Heres a pic of some of the eggs, i think I will split them between two, maybe three pots (if I can find another valve for the air pump) so if I get a bit of fungus I dont loose them all.
