Looks like your status is "Validating", which means that the link inside confirmation email that they sent you upon sign up was probably never clicked. Check the email you used to sign up and open up the welcome email, there's a link in there. If you don't see it, check your spam box. If it's not there either, I imagine you'll have to talk to a mod.

You should also be able to post in the suggestions/ help forum, which is where you would go for technical problems.

William would be the one to contact if the validating thing does not work out, methinks. But do check your email account.

The answer then would probably be to email or perhaps pm William. From another post I read, William is busy with school, so maybe he won't check either, or if he needs to check his emails, he might do that moreso than check pms.
