Anyone else had this? got it this afternoon and I'm well annoyed, just before I get MW2, I wont get it back until after xmas for definite, I'm really peeved!

no, I haven't had the red ring of death, it just came up and said graphics failure so I need to send it for repair, its annoying though, I've got family over from australia for christmas and we were all hoping to sit round the xbox and have a game, and then this happens

typical eh! well we sent his off twice and in the end he got fed up of waiting and joined www.xbox360iso.com he now fixes anything that goes wrong himself ( and mods it) everything he needs he gets off ebay.

hope they dont make you wait too long tho

Microsoft are sending me a box and sticker, I've heard rumors that when you recieve your xbox back you get a 1 month subscription free? did your son get one of these shelagh? If its true it has come just in the nick of time as my live ran out 3 days ago.

yes he did there, thats cheered you up a courier usually collects them..brings the box and you wrap it while he waits.. so keep the sellotape handy or of course you can pack it up prior to him arriving

I've only played MW2 once so far, it's gonna take some getting used too Lol, UPS were meant to collect it today from my mums work, but I don't know if they've been yet, I'm gonna be Peeved if they don't come!

They told me 10 working days max because all it requires is a new motherboard, I sent it off yesterday so should have it back on the 30-31st december, just in time for new year

I'm telling you I cannot wait, I've got Fifa 10, Modernwarfare two and Assassins creed 2 waiting to be christened.
