Wounded Dwarf Gourami

When I 1st got my girl Dwarf Gouramis (3 weeks ago) the boy was chasing them and attacking them.

He cut the face (near the mouth) of one. The cut didn't look particularly bad and I knew the cause so I just left her to heal herself.

3 weeks later and the would is red and swollen, in fact her whole mouth looks really swollen. It hasn't got bigger but just looks very sore (if fish feel pain) She seems fine in herself.

Just wondering shall i leave it?

If I'm supposed to treat it what's the best stuff to treat with?

Is it normal for a small wound to get big like this?

Is it infected?

think it might be best to treat it, try a little salt in there that should help unless you cory's then don't it's bad for them. also you fish tank salt.

i do have corys but am looking to buy a hospital tank.
