I've got a nutrafin co2 set up with the ladder and now hubby has seen how easy they are to set up he is going to set me up one with some bottles for the 180ltr
We thought 2 x 2ltr bottles

I was just wondering wether we could use a wooden airstone or a glass diffuser and which would be best ?

Thanks Sarah xxx

you will need about 4 bottles for the 180l to provide enough CO2,

ceramic are best but wooden airstones are fine, see here for more info: http://www.aquatic-eden.com/2006/10/method...n-aquarium.html

Thanks for the replies Aaron i'll get hubby to keep the 4 bottles then
I like the look of the inline reactor Ebay item 320034019561 or 310032177989 would these be ok

Thanks and sorry for bugging you

sorry i didnt get back, i have been away.

both of those will be fine, personally i would go with the sera because of the ladder style, as it will do well with your DIY CO2.
