could i put 4 PSEUDOTROPHEUS POLIT in with my 6 yellow labs my tank is 200 litres with no other fish at the moment

While I've never kept them myself, apparently polits are extremely aggressive. If you are going to keep them, you'll only be able to have one male. IMO, they'd be better suited to a larger tank, but it's up to you.

I'd say it's doable Have good rock work for the fish to hide in. And like Dthoffsett said only 1 male

what are the dimensions of the tank?

I'm guessing it's a 3 foot, although I could be wrong I still say it's doable, but will add, not advisable.
