Would This Work

I was watching Deuce Bigalow for the second time last night and I noticed he bought a bottle of clear mineral water and put it into the tank instead of using water and dechlorinator (sp). Would this work as it would save me a bit on dechlorinator and would save me going through the whole dechlorinator process.
I only change a little bit every so often so would it work extracting some of the recent water and replacing it with clear mineral water?

Good do as it doesn't contain chlroine but it may be an unstable pH and may be minerals adding to it... bit like RO water. Others will advise better than I can

It might work, but I think you have to be very careful with bottled water. Some brands are nothing but tap water, and may contain some chlorine.

I would just spend the $3-4 to get some "Stress Coat" or other product that takes out the chlorine - it would be cheaper than bottled water anyway.
