Would This Combo Work?

Ive got 2 harlequin rasboras, 6 neons and a catfish.

I would like to get a betta. 60l tank.

Are these fish compatible?

I've heard the harlequins are usually OK. Neons are a bad idea, they are fin nippers. And what sort of catfish? Cories and otos are usually OK, but it depends on the temperament of the betta. I would say you would do better to buy another tank just for the betta to live in - I have 2 male bettas living in a divided 40 litre.

depending on the catfish, i would remove the neons and swap for 3/4 more harliquins then may be ok, depends on what type of catfish and whether it is a future 20"+ monster

Ive got a picture ill upload later of the catfish when the camera is charged. He hides all day long, i can barely feed him his that timid. I honstly doubt he would cause any harm.

WHen i had a goldfish in the same tank (dont say it...) he would nip them rather than the inverse
