Would This Be Possible?

i have a 60l tank with a internal filter and a 10l tank next to it which is unfiltered.

would it be possible to use the tubes you use with air pumps etc to fit one going into the filter and one coming out of one of the holes on the spraybay. as its only a 10l tank with a few shrimp it wouldnt need strong filtration

so basically using 1 internal filter to filter 2 tanks using air tubes to carry the water
