Would This Be A Good Tank For Betta?

Well this is a tank that i bought about a year back.
And i really wanna get all my bettas big living spaces now
And this is a 20Gallon tank and i was wondering if itd be a good tank for bettas or no?
because its too narrow?
(this is currently a empty tank even thought looks not to be empty..

its only 20g >.<

Yes but the biggest we have is 15 gal. That the absolute biggest we could have. Hubby drools everytime he sees a nice big tank
