Would These Work Out?

2x occelaris clowns,
1 or 2 azure demoiselles
1 royal gramma
1 firefish


in a 24gallon nano, i wasn't going to get all the fish obviously, was thinking pair of clowns and then either damsels, or the gramma and/or firefish


any comments? i'v heard mixed reports about the clowns and damsel combo, especially as its a small tank

Clown + Damsel + 24g tank = bad

not sure what species the azure damsels are but 24g could be a tad small for all of them when they mature. The clowns might chase everyone around.
Fire gobies do best in pairs or groups if possible.
A couple of fire gobies, a royal gramma and a pair of clowns would probably be ok.
The tank probably won't hold 24g once the rock is in. Make sure you keep an eye on water quality because the volume of water will be small and could fluctuate rapidly.

Damsels (especially Dascyllus and Abudefduf) are often too rough for the perc/ocellaris clowns, so I wouldn't recommend them together.
