I currently have a juwel rekord 120 tank but i am upgrading to a 5ft fish tank shortly.

I was wondering whether i could keep all of these fish in the same tank.

Rasboras, Neons, Guppys, Platys, Rainbowfish, Flying Fox, Red Tail Shark, Gold Ram, Plecos, Corydoras, Clownloach, Kulhi Loach, Tetras, Pearl Gouramis, Red Dwarf Gouramis, Glass Catfish, Upside Down Catfish.

I have read on several websites that Flying Fox's are peaceful fish, I often buy fish from www.tropicalfish4u.co.uk, on this website they say Flying Fox's are peaceful.

Is it ok to put Gold Rams in with these fish? as i have read they are the most peaceful type of cichlid fish.

well you probably can't keep all of them, several of those fish like to be in groups of 6 or more, so if you took 6 of each it'd take you oevr your stocking.

my concerns would be

plecs - depends which ones you get? there are plenty that are suitable for that tank, but be very careful, some can grow to over a foot and would need a much bigger home
clown loaches - not my field of expertise but I think you need a group of them and they get quite big, I don't think the tanks big enough... sure someone who keeps them can help out
pearl gouramis - yes like sam said, watch the agression

wher in south yorks are you?

Flying foxes are not peaceful, they are notoriously aggressive. So are red tail black sharks. Both of them would be very likely to cause problems. And that seems to be an awful lot of fish.
