i have quite a but of algae in my tank but i have fish breeding in them. would small shrimp like algae eating shrimp be ok or would they eat the eggs the fish im breeding are dwarf cichlids both aggizizs and cracatouides i dont think they would eat the shrimp  i am also wondering which algae eating shrimp are the best that dont eat your plants or as low as possible

thanks

Well I know from experiance that Kribs are very fond of live shrimp, so I would have thought that other dwarf cichlids would be the same.

you could always try ghost shrimp, they clean like crazy and even if they get eaten there really cheap.

Ghost shrimp are predatory and would gladly eat a small fry.
