Would i get by with a 10% water change?

Hey.
I have a 15g(U.S) /12(U.K) gallon tank.
I do a 20% water change and because i have two tanks its a slog and a lot of water coming out of the tap.
Would i get by with a 10% water change per week or even two weeks?
The difference is:
20% = 2.4 (U.K) gallons changing....11 litres
10% = 1.2 (U.K) gallons changing....5.5 litres

I personally dont see why not, especially if you are doing it weekly

of course it would depend on your stocking and if your tank is planted. I would say give it a go if it is too much hassle to do more and keep an eye on your water test readings for nitrate

not sure but 10% each week seems fine wots ur filtration like?
