Would I Be Ok To Have Shrimps

I was wondering if it would be ok to have some Shrimps (Amano or Cherry) in my tank. Which would be best suited if possible. The curreent occupants are:

1 Flash Pleco
1 Redtail Shark
1 Dwarf Gourami
2 Swordtails
5 Zebra Danios
10 Neon Tetras

hmmmm i would worry about the red tailed shark having them as a snack
but if you have it quite heavily planted then they should be fine.

i recomend cherrys,they're awesome
