Would An Angelfish Eat Rummynose Tetras?

So, do you thing an Angelfish would eat Rummynose Tetras, or even Cardinal Tetras or Harlequin Rasboras?

Angel fish will generally eat anything smaller than them, so in a word...probably. Juvi angels might be alright for abit, but they grow.
