Alright so heres the deal.
I have decided that my grow out Discus need a bigger tank. They are maybe mature juviniles at the moment but I feel to get the best out of them I will need to move them from my 30 gallon and buy a 90 gallon.
Some of you may know I also have a 50 gallon with three remaining Discus in the tank. Every so often a fish will go off food, stray from the group, loose color and then die. I have treated the tank many times with large kill spectrum medications for both internal parasitic and internal bacterial infections. None of which ever work.
At the moment the three remaining fish seem fine. They are eating well, and looking healthy.
Do you think I should add them into the 90 or get rid of them? I really don't want to get rid of them because I like them and they are my fish, but I have some really nice fish I am growing out and I don't know what I would do if my prize fish got sick and died...
Any thoughts?
