If there are no signs of infection or it getting worse, you need not treat but keep an eye on it. However, if you are not sure or have seen some deterioration, consider using aquarium salt (in a quarantine tank prefferably) and use half the dose indicated on the box until you see an improvement and they are fully healed. I would stay away from any real mediactions as they could cause more harm than good if used unecessarily. If you don't see an improvement, you may need to consider using an anti-bacterial medication of some sort but make sure this isn't done in your main tank or you will kill your beneficial bacteria and cause a deadly ammonia/nitrite spike...
