Worms?

Can anyone help? I have a 6 mth old senegal bichir, who is picky with his food. I notice that Walter worms and micro worms maybe an answer, but I don't know enough about cultivating worms, or whether they are suitable for older fish. Any advice please!

The food you mention are predominately used as secondary fry feeding or for very small fish species after Paramecia and other protozoans. Much too small for a Bichir. You would be now looking toward Whiteworms, Tubifex and chopped Earthworms or even small fish & crustaceans.
