so i started doing a water change today and wail i was sucking the gravel the water that came up was dirty, befor i dumped that water down the toilet i saw something moving in the water, well alot of things moving in the water, i toke a closer look and saw some worm like things moving about,

i sucked some up and placed it into a test tube and showed it to my LFS and he was clueless on what they where, i'll try n take some pics n posting it so u guys can get a better picture but what does this sound like there tiny worms and they swim around and i would say where no longer then half and inch in size

thanks for any info, and also does this post a threat to my tank?

If they are white I would say planaria. Cut back on the amount of food you feed and clean the gravel really well. They won't endanger the fish at all, they are just harmless pests.

well, there color is more of a peach, light orange color, and i do see white, well i guess they are.Is there any way to treat that, and how are they introduced in the first place lol, whats there name??

Planaria are exceedingly common to start with, and are most likely always present in any aquarium. Only when conditions are right for them to multiply do you ever see them.
