hi
i've been trying to feed my glowlight tetras flake foods, but they seem to take the food then spit it out as if they dont like it. Im currently feeding them bloodworm but im worried im feeding them bloodworm to often instead of a treat. Can anyone help?

They should eat flake without a problem. If you haven’t had them in the tank long they may not be settled yet. Are you feeding them live or frozen. If frozen you could mix them with flake some will stick to the worms and the tetras will get used to the flake. If you know what they were eating before you could try that make of flake. It might be a sign that they are not too happy, is the tank set up long, have you had them long, are there at least six of them? They are greedy little fish in my experience when they are happy. Bloodworm is a favourite of many fish, even fish that are not well and off their food will go for them. If they are healthy and the water is good you can let them go hungry for a couple of days and then offer them flake, a fast of a few days wont do them any harm.

good luck with them,
