I checked out some swordies at a lfs today, they were labeled as "Wine" Swordtails. They were a different shade of orange than I usually see. Kind of a burnt orange look, rather a dull shade and they had red eyes. I've liked the red eyes on all the ones I've seen so far except for these guys, it just didn't go with the body color. I keep hoping to find some red eyed red velvets. One of the lfs had some a few weeks back but unfortunately the tank had a serious case of columnaris and none were for sale. Haven't seen any since, it was a real shame, they were all hi fin lyretails.

I'm curious to hear what colors any one else has seen with the red eyes. So far I've seen the reds (really a bright orange), the blood red velvets, the koi, and now the wine variety.
