Yes, it will most likely not pose a problem. The Angels will gladly use the higher levels of the tank, the rams/apistos will gladly stick near the bottom, and the result should be that they keep out of each others way, for the most part.

i have a trio of cockatoos with some corys and tetras and swordtails in my 3ft 40gallon. the tank seems pretty much full to me. i wouldn't add any more cichlids to my tank.
wouldn't the angels look out of place due to there size when they get bigger?
