I have a 20 Gal. tank that has

1 rubber lip pleco
1 blue dwarf gourami
1 redtailed shark
1 angel fish
3 small zebra tetra things.
1 african dwarf frog

I was thinking about adding a couple of black mollys and I was wondering if they would be compatible with the fish I already have or if i should just get another gourami. Also will adding salt to the water hurt my other fish? Do mollys constantly give live births because i dont want anymore fish in the tank. thanks

Mollies are agressive and may attak the other swimming fish. And if the shark grows there will be problems.Don't have much right now because I am really tired. PM me for more info.

mollies i'd say are the easiest of the livebearers to breed. it's like every second they're pregnant. but if you dont provide cover for the babies they will get eaten and are a great source of protein for the other fish.

You should be really concerned with that red-tail shark. Not only it grows relatevely large, it is also aggressive. It will probably stress the heck out of the whole tank.

Also, angel fish could grow little too large for that tank as well.

1: The Dwarf from will get larger and eat most any fish his size or smaller. Dwarf Gourami's are aggressive. The Shark will get too large and the Mollies probally won't work out, sorry But in my opioion you have an un-succesfful community there lol but Good luck!
