will they work together

i have 5 X tiger barbs and 6 X snails and 1 X Peppered Cory Cat

say if i get some thing like:
3XPeppered CoryCat size2.5”
2X khuli loach size 5”
2X Weather loach size 10”
2X bristlenose size 5”
2X Albino Bristlenose size 5”
4X amano shrimp size 3”
2X Upside-Down Catfish size 4"
or will the barbs nip on every thing so just take them out

I've always found barbs of any sort nippy.

Cories are better in groups, say 3+ so yes, that should be fine.

Weather or dojo loaches are usually coldwater - I wouldn't go for them.

A couple of bristlenose should be fine although big waste producers.

Shrimp, not a fan myself but fine as a cleanup crew but don't expect them to eat poop!!!! Saying that I would go for more cories rather than shrimp. I don't know how well shrimp do with barbs.

I used to have barbs with gourami and they were fine.

Upside-down catfish - there are many species with different adult sizes - you'd have to be certain on the species before buying a potential monster.
