Will Stain Wear Off?

Hi all,

Well a shortish while ago my guys underwent whitespot treatment (all sorted now), but I've noticed the treatment has dyed the silicon blue. Its not hugely noticeable (blueish background by coincidence) but I wonder, will if fade over time?
