will plecostomus eat small fish

my plecos are about 4” long. i have Least Darter fish whose full grown lenghth is 1 1/2”.
i have algae in the darter tank on stone decor. would a pleco be a good idea for that situation?

Is it a bushnose pleco? I have never heard of BN pleco eating other fish unless the fish is dead.
Interesting fish.. you should enter it in our December Fish of the Month contest which will feature any fish, especially oddballs. Entry period starts toward the end of November.

i have 2 bristlenose plecos. they are so cool. kinda prehistoric.

yeah i know. i can’t get a pic with or without the flash. at least those fish are kinda slow.
