peas?
i put a few boiled peas (outer shell removed) into my tank which consists of 3 sunset fire platys and 2 otos
and i was wondering if they will eat the peas

if the peas are small enough to fit in their mouths yes, just mush a little bit of the pea an feed that to them/

Yes. Smoosh the peas up a bit. If you don't want the Platies to eat the peas, just put peas in the water in multiple spots. The Platies can't get to it all at once.

Yes feeding pea's to platys is a good way to get the much needed veg into their omnivorous diet, feeding a bit of veg to livebearers like platys alongside their usual/normal foods has many benefets for their health and can help prevent things like constipation in them.
Just chop or squish them the de-shelled pea's a bit so the pea's are broken into small platy bite-sized peices and feed them to the fish- the platys may not take interest in them at first since they will not recognise them as a new food, but given some time and encouragement by cutting down on their other normal foods will help encourage them to eat the pea's  .
