I have had 2 dalmation mollies (female and male) for 2 months and the female hasn't dropped fry or got big since i have had her will the male breed with her?

She probably has dropped but the fry didn't survive.
If you want fry then you should have at least 2/3 females per male.
Tbh unless you have somewhere to rehome all the fry it's best to let nature take it's course.
Most Lfs won't take unwanted fry so you could end up over run with fish

She has never appeared pregnant, never got really large else i would have put her in a breeding net and saved some fry.

I've had platys that never got big drop fry without me knowing until I saw fry.
Tbh it is best to let nature take it's course, you will get a few fry survive if your tank has plenty of hiding places

cazgar is right, some livebearers will not even appear big, but will still drop fry, one of my female wild guppies had appeared skinny when i got here and the next day she had babies, so they dont have to look bloated to actually be pregnant :good:

I also have two really pretty high fin marigold wagtail platys who are both huge and i have three fry from an earlier drop. I hope my mollies will soon. :)
