Will My Clown Loach Eat Amano Shrimp...

if i was to get some amano shrimp will my clown loach eat/kill them? my clowns are only about 4cm at the moment (yes, i am aware of their potential size!)
if they'd be alright, how big do you think the loaches would have to be to cause a problem?
