Will ich survive in a tank without fish?

To play safe, it's better to keep it without fish for 7-10 days or longer in cooler temperature.

What is your water temperature?
In cooler water temperature, the ich eggs will take longer to hatch.
You have to wait until all the eggs hatched and wait a few more days.

Well it should be around 78 because it's the only setting my heater can go..
