As some of you may remember from the beginning of the week, I bought 1m 3f cockatoo apisto's. 1f died Tuesday due to a suspected bacterial infection for which I am currently treating the tank. My LFS have provided the treatment FOC and offered to replace the fish I lost. I've gone into the shop today thinking that if the treatment is still active I am best to add this fish now (avoid a reoccurance). On going to the shop there was no female cockatoo's left so they offered me a female agassizi which I accepted (better than walking away empty handed, which is #41#### near impossible from any LFS
)so I'm thinking I've 1m 2f cockatoo and 1f agassizi.
With the colouration of the water due to the treatment I haven't really enjoyed looking at the tank infact I put a bed sheet over it Tuesday night coz I was so fed up with it anyway, I had a look around checked on everyone and noticed that one of the female cockatoos is actually a male (2 prongs have now grown out on the dorsal fin)so I now have 2m 1f cockatoo's and 1f agassizi agggggrrrrrrr
I've got myself into a right mess, what can I do now??
My tank is 4ft length x 2f height, bow front 46in depth at the deepest point - can I house 2m cockatoos ...
