Yep, that's fine.
They should all get along okay and they won't be too much for a 200L tank.
My only concern might be that the cories and khulis are both bottom dwellers, so space on the bottom might be an issue.
I have a 180 litre tank with Cory's and Kuhli's, they get along fine. You should definitely add as many hides-holes as possible.

Would having a few caves and lots of hiding places fix that ? Am guessing they'll claim caves and such for themselves.
