Ok so I got home from my vacation. (I had a friend feed my betta) When I got home
I tested the water and all stats were very good. :) Except the water tempeture which was 68 degrees fareinheit!!!
(SCREAM) Horrified I quickly went to the store and bought a heater. I have installed the heater and its heating as we speak. Do you think I did the right thing? Or should I have waited?

PS. While I was on vacay I bought my betta a little present (hehe) a very cool ornament. It is a plastic conk shell with
little fake palm trees on it and a sign that says Crabsworth Hotel.
Pictures to come.

Well its best to have a heater rather than not, because then you always know the tanks at an accurate heat.

Yeah thats what I thought. Like everyday the tamks temp would be jumping around so now I know exactly where its at.

I am sure he will be fine.

You should of had a heater to begin with! give yourself a slap on the wrist

I know and now I am really mad at myself for it! I thought my house was warm enough. it was 75 fareinhait.
But I guess its getting colder...

My room goes hot cold, all over the place but the tank heat always stays at 72. :)
Yeppp, as lilamcammy said, how is he?

He's really good! :)
Seems to improved a lot! Now he's swimming faster and more alert.
The tank temp is always at 75F. :)
I redecorated his tank too he is very happy! :D
