IME dropsy is an indication that something is going wrong usually inside the fish. If this disease or condition inside the fish is contagious then the other fish in the tank may get the disease but may or may not develop dropsy. So if you know what caused the fish to get ill in the first place (usually we have no idea) then treat for that if it appears again. Otherwise just keep an eye out for a while, but it should be OK. HTH :)

the problem should be because my guppy gave birth, i already saved 8 of her baby fish :D

so i think the dropsy is cause by her giving birth

so it not contagios

Dropsy is usually result from bad water and wrong food. E.g. herbivores are feed by giving them "meat", but their digestive system cannot handle animal proteins etc. It's somekind of intestine infection and bacteria poisoning.

You should check your water values and give rich food: differend kind of food and fresh food.

also could it be that she ate some of her frys? cannibalistic..

guppies are, luckily, omnivores so they eat insect, worms... but it also need vegetable food. So, I don't think that she became sick cause of fries.
