Will Cichlids Eat Shrimps?

Im still deciding what to put in my tank with my 2 rams. I also have 3 plant shrimp in there which the rams seem to ignore. I did buy a kribensis but he ate some of them, is there another cichlid i can get that wont think my shrimps are an extremely tasty meal? or should i just think of a totally different species of fish, i do really like them though.

Tank size is only 60l 14gallons i think. i no, very small, should have gone bigger!!!

In that case then there isn't a cichlid suitable.
a 14G is too small for anymore than one cichlid territory, so by adding another species you may find that there is a lot of aggression and territorial disputes
