Will A Tds Meter Measure Kh ?

just wondering if i can use a my handhled tds meter to accurately measure the kh of my tank ?
if so,,,how do i do the calculation ?

No they wont, they measure all the dissolved solids in water, there is know way of knowing how much of that comes from KH.
